Some Americart Merchants allow you to submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. If you are a Shopper, we transmit your personally identifiable information to the Americart Merchant from whom you have purchased goods or services, so that the Americart Merchant is able to collect your payment and to deliver the goods or services to you. Each Americart Merchant is the sole owner of the personally identifiable information related to individuals, companies or entities purchasing services or products from it. Shopper Personally Identifiable Information
As noted above, we transmit Shoppers' personally identifiable information to the Americart Merchant from whom you have purchased goods or services. We do not share Shoppers' personally identifiable information with third parties, except when the Shopper has provided prior electronic consent. With such consent, we will transmit personally identifiable information, including credit card and contact information, to authorized third parties, such as webloyalty, Inc. Americart Merchants may choose to opt-out of such programs so that their Shoppers do not have the option of participating.

Technical Methodologies
